An unquenchable thirst
A dry earth
Seeking something?
What am I looking for?
Where will my quest take me?
Where are the pointers?
Going inward
See only chaos and
Confusion,
Seeking...
Searching...
Where is the goal?
Do I need to shed my old skin
To become new
And whole?
How will I know?
I take the help of the masters
Alas! Cannot master me.
Am a sponge,
Soaking in everything
Yet, unmoving.
Discovering myself
Wasn't enough...

DeleteSelf discovery an never ending process... which, to me is kind of encouraging... when I read "Do I need to shed my old skin To become new" I thought about 2nd chances. When my kids do something that gets them in trouble, I talk to them about it and then I ask if they would like a second chance to do it differently.
