So, here is my take on Soul Mates, a short article.

To feel or not to feel….the duality of the duel confuses me. I think and so I feel. I feel and so I
am.
Can a bullet be stopped once it is shot?
Can an arrow be stopped once it leaves the bow?
Can a word be unsaid once it is said?
Can anyone un-think a thought?
Can anyone undo a feeling, once it is felt?
We can change our thoughts and feelings consciously only after….
You tiptoed into my heart and knocked me senseless. I felt something. I wanted to fight and to some extent I did. The more I fought, more I lost. Instead, I surrendered and so I felt. The feelings rushed through me, the feelings which made me alive, which gave essence to my being, my existence, and warmth spread over me. And, I stopped thinking.
There is a no ‘right’ way. There are choices and for once I closed my eyes and let my heart choose for me. It is the way I chose.
We have been here, there and everywhere but never really anywhere but still we feel, don’t we?
Am I obsessed? Obsessed with a thought, a person , a feeling or a nought?
When I look back today, all I have is the memories and moments, that make the relationship special…we don’t need to walk a mile, journey together or spend a life time to know who is our soul mate….a moment is all it takes. And, I believe in you and me.
