"MADE FROM SCRATCH" MONDAY: SPINACH SOUP








SPINACH SOUP.
Required ingredients:

Spinach: 500 grams – washed
Tomato: 1 medium sized diced
Onion: 1 medium diced
Garlic: 1 pod
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Mustard seeds: ½ tsp

Method:
Cook all the ingredients in a pressure cooker or a pot.
Blend/liquidize this.
Sieve....and boil the spinach soup with some salt to taste.

  1. Not sure about this one, I love raw spinach not sure about cooked, I may gie it a try though...maybe lol

  2. This recipe sounds so quick and easy. I will definitely have to try this. We eat baby spinach all of the time in salads, but I have never had it as a soup. With the other vegetables, it sounds tasty ☺ Thank you for participating!

    Like Mary, we eat spinach in salads, but my wife also uses it as a stuffing for chicken. This sounds delicious.
