WOW! A perfect poet award for me?
It is really difficult to sink in....so, I will let this float about me. My first award and will be the most cherished one.
The Poetry Palace has awarded me this one for my last week's post...THE FLIGHT.
Feeling honored.
My today's post is - CHOICES
Was this a choice or fate?
Is this a mistake? Or
Have I been ever so right?
Do I see what I want to?
Or is this the reality?
The destiny’s cue?
These tiny voices in my head
Are they my doubts?
Or my heart saying me “You are true."
When faced with a choice
One right another wrong
Will I ever know the other was wrong?
Should I seek the answers?
Or should I let it be?
Go with the flow and
Wonder what ‘life’ could be?

I have to nominate one person and it is Brain Miller whom I know from dVerse Poets Pub...an awesome poet himself. The others in the group are just as great and it is humbling to know I am ranked among them.

Congratulations on the award! I remember the first time someone honored my blog with this type of recognition and it's a very special moment. Nothing like having your peers give that nod of approval and encouragement! As for the poem, choices are that endless journey of discovery. I don't know that they're ever "right" or "wrong", as we always learn and grow from them. You captured the dance we all do in our minds beautifully.

Congratulations on the award...it is very much deserved! I love your post for today...I think we all go through this little "to-and-fro" in our minds at some time or other...I love tuning in to my emotions, and then just trusting that first "gut" feeling...it always speaks the truth for me.
