The dreams
Stacked on one another
Lay there
Firmly shut...rotting,
The doors closed,
Keys thrown out....
The pitchfork discarded
So, no one could rake them.
Until, one day
They conspired with each other
And pushed with their might
The rusty hinges
Offered no resistance
They tumbled out
One by one
To bask in the
Glory of the Sun!
