BROKEN!

The blob of red paint on the pallet, dipping her brush into it, she makes a heart in the middle of the canvas. Her mind is clouded and dark. She takes in black and her hand automatically moves on the canvas – no pattern, no image…just some strokes, depicting the storm raging within her. Anger, desperation, helplessness and THE pain. The red on the canvas starts to run, like her bleeding heart, threatening to spoil the whole picture. The turmoil is too much to bear. She sighs! Tears mist her eyes. With a heart rendering scream, throws the brush against the wall. The dam breaks and she starts sobbing. Will the torrent of tears wash away the pain? The very colour of red…of love and passion is also the color of heartbreak!!

  10. Janu you gave me goosebumps. It's not the first time either, it's because you write in a way that many people can relate to, it's like you are writing their words as well as your own. Stunning.
