Tears do rain
Little does it ease
The pain,
Wallowing in self pity
I fail to see
The Beauty.
After the night
Is the promise of a
New dawn...
I smile at the sunrise
Yesterday, is but
A memory,
Step by step
I learn to walk
Then dance
Letting go isn’t easy...

    I learn to walk, then dance. I like the optimism here, that we all have to train ourselves step by step towards happiness at times.

      By the way Janu, did you know that you earned the RFW Encouragement Award for Wk29 "New Year's Resolution"? You probably didn't realize due to being in hospital. Joy was the Featured Writer, Laura the Runner Up & you The Encouragement. You might want to go here to collect your award. ;-)
