I look at myself…
A bit muddy,
Wee bit dirty;
I smile and jump,
The image vanishes
With a splash!
Opening my arms wide
Letting the cool
Aqua drench me
Hydrate my thirsty soul;
Throwing my head back
I taste the nectar.
Wrap my hands around myself
And hop to the sounds of
Pitter patter.
Squish
Squish
The walk
Swish
Swish
The windy spray;
Oh! How I love these rain filled days!

This is a very bubbly poem, Janaki! It made me smile. :-)
