She was not famous, certainly not famous like Florence Nightingale or Mother Teresa. In many ways she was like them.
Standing by her grave, I try to remember…
She was kind and compassionate; strong-willed but weak to emotions. Sometimes stern and many times a disciplinarian.
She was an epitome of love and sacrifice, reaching out to the needy when need be. She had a heart of gold and many compared her to God.
She had many names, many faces and facets…but, she was simply called ‘mom’…all round the world.
