ALTOPHOBIA

Anything unfamiliar gives me jitters...the butterflies in the stomach feeling? Whatever involves stepping out of my comfort zone, makes me fearful.

I am absolutely terrified of heights. Ask me to look down from the height of 25 ft...I feel giddy. Oh! I have trekked some difficult, dangerous and slippery trials. Praying to God ardently(out of fear, not devotion) at every step.
This should have made me overcome my phobia. Absolutely not!

Did I mention claustrophobia? Let me not go there...;)

Leigh Young  wants us to share our fears and chills that we have hidden away in the shadows. This is for BlogFEST2012.

  1. Oh how I recognize those fears. Butterflies in the tummy every time I venture out of my comfort zone. Court is a big one for me.

  3. As a kid, we would run and jump from the top lip of a sand pit to see who could jump out and away the furthest....I have the urge even today. If I am up high, I may be a "jumper"! Thank you for sharing...sorry I'm so morbid! Rootin' around like that!
