PAST PERFECT.
I did not possess the wisdom then which I have today. Those were the wonder filled days. Innocent and uncorrupted minds....lived a carefree life on a day to day basis. Did not care for 'tomorrow' until we had exams. Unbridled, discovered every phase of life. With curiosity and a good dose of naughtiness. Laughed uninhibited. Collecting memories and experiences. Lessons- some taught, some learnt. Lots of people around. Without technology life was amazing.
I explored life as it came...of course, wasn't exactly a bed of roses.
PRESENT TENSE.
I am a late bloomer. Trying to realize my dreams one by one as they were made. Still exploring life. Technology has seeped and filled every crevice of life. Helped me reach out and make friends. The touch of 'real' is lacking. Many people from my past are no longer there...passed on to a better place. Some just ceased to exist and disappear from my orbit as they were not meant to be. Life is on a fast lane...zooming past, making me dizzy. Life is not short, but unpredictable. A damn scary roller coaster ride many a times. Worth every bit of it.
FUTURE CONTINUOUS.
Am excited to unravel the adventure. One step at a time. One day at a time. Big dreams...a thirst to achieve, leave a trail and a mark. To travel and see the world. To bridge gaps, make more wonderful memories and just live.
Jessie Williams wants us to address our past and future (I included my present as well) on BlogFEST2012.
This is beautifully expressed and touched something inside me, making me feel a bit sad, nostalgic perhaps. I really like this.
