HEART.




The centre of your being. A centre for equilibrium. A centre of your feelings and emotions. A centre for devotion. In essence, the heart is the sum total of makes ‘YOU’. Trust your heart!

We dreams with our heart and then put our mind into action, to realize these dreams.

“The way is not the sky. The way is the heart.’ – Buddha.

The heart is the beacon. Led by it, I make decisions, yes, sometimes impulsive – most of us are! Just going by the heart too can land you in trouble and it does. When things do not work out as planned or as we thought it will, we say we gained experience! There’s an excuse for everything!

Heart is also the place of the 4th primary chakra – Ananhata chakra. Anahata means unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten.

Sadly, but it is the heart that truly takes the beating of all our actions. It hurts the most, it is where everyone strikes...an easy target; and of course it is beaten umpteen numbers of time. Yet, we come out stronger...yes, we do.

Yet, it is always wise to listen to your heart.

    The heart is that sacred place where we find the person we have always wanted to love. ;) Indeed, we should pay more attention and really listen to our heart.

    my heart is more content these days than it was when i was younger. i haven't had a broken heart in a long time now. i love my happy heart! xoxo

    Yes, our hearts teach us faster than any other part of our bodies. Bruised and broken, they still bounce back, don't they? :)
