TUNNEL VISION??



Is this what's called a tunnel vision?
Racing through the tunnel,
The echo...the sound reverberates
The lights of the train pierces the darkness
I love the way the shadows dance on the wall
People fascinated by their silhouettes
Feeling of thrill mixed with eeriness
A sigh of relief at the end of it.
This is the journey of life
Through darkness...
At the end is the light
And a whole wide world
Only one should see.

    Love the journey through the dark tunnel as a metaphor for our lives' journeys with the promised light at the end. Beautiful!

    Hello.
    Yes, when sickness, ill-health and the trials and tribulations of life overwhelm us, it can indeed seem like we are travelling through darkness, but there is always that light at the end of the tunnel...the ray of hope that tells us all will be well in the end. Thanks for sharing.

    I love your way of thinking. Tunnel vision is mostly seen as negative, but you painted it in a different light here. Fantastic.
